The Award Committee, chaired by Dr. Howard Smithline, reviewed 134 abstracts from 24 departments. Abstract submissions were accepted from five categories—discovery research, application research, education research, innovation or creative solution, and case report. All abstracts are included in 2013 Academic Week abstract booklet (2.66 MB pdf).
