Dr. Peter Lindenauer, Director, Center for Quality of Care Research, will be starting a 3 year term at the Health Services Organization and Delivery (HSOD) study section in June 2011.

Study section members are recognized authorities in their field who undergo a rigorous selection process involving review of their NIH grant history, publications, professional status and record of accomplishments, and review experience.

The Center for Scientific Review (CSR) is the portal via which NIH grant applications are reviewed for scientific merit. The HSOD study section, within the Healthcare Delivery and Methodologies Integrated Review Group, reviews health services research studies focusing on multidisciplinary investigations of the organization, delivery, utilization, and outcomes of health services.
