- Retrospective observational review of epoetin alfa dose and thrombotic event occurrence
- Pharmacy Student Impact on Prescribing of Inappropriate Stress Ulcer Prophylaxis in General Medicine Patients
- A retrospective observational comparison study of poractant alpha and beractant in preterm infants with very low birth weight (<1500 grams) with respiratory distress syndrome
- Incidence and risk factors of developing nephrotoxicity in adult non-intensive care unit patients receiving vancomycin for greater than 48 hours
- Identifying Patients at High Risk for Medication Errors and Adverse Drug Reactions in the Ambulatory Setting
Graduates of the BMC PGY-1 residency program will complete a teaching certificate program. Also through the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy – Worcester, residents will have the opportunity to attend post-graduate seminars with other Massachusetts residents. Topics include improving communication, writing abstracts / manuscripts, creating a CV and running basic statistics. As an academic teaching center, BMC Pharmacy Department serves as an experiential education site for more than 100 students per academic year.
