Application Process All applicants must go through The Fellowship Council website at https://fellowshipcouncil.org Applicant Requirements Applicants MUST have passed USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3 in order to be considered. In addition, completion of a general surgery residency in the United States or Canada is required. All applicants are required to obtain a full Massachusetts license to practice medicine. For more information on what is required to obtain an unrestricted license in Massachusetts, please refer to the Board of Registration in Medicine's website at http://www.massmedboard.org). In addition, all fellowship candidates must fulfill Baystate's Resident & Fellow Appointment Requirements. The applicants must be a US citizen or hold a Greencard. We do not accept applicants who hold J-1 or H-1 visas. Interviews Generally, there are three or four interview dates in the fall from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on a Thursday and/or Friday.
