Our 4th year electives are open to all students attending a LCME-accredited medical school.

Baystate Medical Center will be using VSAS, the Visiting Student Application Service, to receive visiting student applications for the 2010-2011 academic year.  Applications may be submitted through VSAS starting May 3, 2010.  To apply to our institution, please complete and send us a VSAS application for your preferred electives and dates. 

Fees

Students of LCME-accredited schools other than Tufts University School of Medicine apply through the Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS). The Baystate Medical Center non-refundable processing fee is $75 for each approved elective (up to 3 electives). This fee is in addition to the separate application fee that is paid directly to VSAS. Payment by personal check is made payable to 'Baystate Medical Center' and must be received within 10 days of acceptance. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the elective(s).
