The Baystate PGY-1 Pharmacy Department participates in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Resident Matching Program. Visit www.ASHP.com for more information. The BMC PGY-1 residency program has 5 positions available for 2012-2013.

Online applications open December 1, 2011 and close January 1, 2012.

Submitting the Application Materials
- Complete an online application to the program: (a link will be posted here); online applications will be accepted between December 1, 2011 and January 1, 2012.

Requirements for Acceptance
- Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
- PharmD degree or equivalent experience
- Online application completed by the deadline
