Born in Malaysia, Yee began her medical studies at the International Medical University (IMU) in Malaysia and completed her studies from Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine in Nova Scotia, Canada, one of IMU’s partner schools. At a relatively young age, Yee saw a family member suffer with cancer which sparked an interest in preventive medicine. This strong interest eventually created a passion for Internal Medicine. Yee has special passion for the elderly and enjoys working with them. She credits herself with a willingness to work hard and a tremendous enthusiasm to learn.   She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Malay. Yee’s interests include playing the piano, reading, Traveling, and cooking.
