Tina grew up in many different areas of the United States, and graduated with a degree in biology and psychology from Juniata College in Pennsylvania, having spent a semester in Newcastle, Australia.  During her undergraduate years, she worked as a nurses’ aide and personal care attendant. as well as working in hurricane relief.  As a medical student she continued her commitment to the underserved and global health, with work in the Dominican Republic and Guatemala.  She enjoys traveling, running, cooking and the Green Bay Packers.
