Tinting Cheng, MD

As an undergraduate at Vassar, Tinting majored in biology, worked as a language assistant in the Chinese department and as a teacher’s assistant in a nursery school.  She also worked in a biology laboratory on ribosomal RNA in E.coli.  During the summer she volunteered in the Child Life department and in the Reach Out and Read program at North Shore Hospital on Long Island.  She was also active in the Asian Student Association.  She continued her interest in pediatrics during her medical school years at Chicago Medical School.  She enjoys mind-challenging puzzles, reading, Pilates, swimming and bike riding.
