Jisha Lovin Kuriakose received her MBBS from the Universal College of Medical Sciences, Bhairahawa, Nepal in 2006. Since graduation, she has participated in research projects at Mt. Sinai Hospital and was a psychiatry extern at Zucker Hillside Hospital in New York. During her externship, Jisha was involved in a research project exploring the relationship between the duration of untreated psychosis and the clinical/functional outcomes for patients with first break schizophrenia. She enjoys Bharataratyam dancing, sketching, and glass painting.
