I grew up in Washington, DC and Bethesda, MD before attending Tufts University near Boston, MA. Following a 2-year stint in Colorado working part time for my father's company and part time in an ob/gyn office (and spending a lot of time skiing, hiking and climbing), I returned to Boston and graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine with an MD/MBA in 2009. After  completing a medicine internship in Boston, I moved to Western MA to try to learn how to read an x-ray.

I enjoying traveling, dance (with a particular unhealthy passion for reality TV dance competitions), reading, cheesy action movies and rock climbing.
