I was born in Illinois but spent most of my childhood in a small town in southeastern Wisconsin.  I received a Chemistry degree from Cornell University in 2004.  The fall after graduation, I began medical school closer to home at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.  It was there that I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in radiology.  I did my internship year in Kalamazoo, Michigan before moving to Massachusetts to start my radiology training at Baystate.  When not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, writing, and working out.
