Welcome to Baystate Medical Center’s Mini-Medical School. We are pleased to offer this unique Mini-Medical School to our community. An outstanding group of faculty members will present information about infectious diseases, genetics, aging, cardiology and other important topics.
The goal of our Mini-Medical School is to bring together physicians and people of the community so that we may share knowledge about medicine in an open and comfortable forum. Our faculty and medical students are excited to share with you what goes on in medical school.
In these classes, you’ll get a taste of what it’s like to be a medical student. There won't be any tests, but you will have some reading assignments. Although you won’t walk away with a license to practice medicine, you will get a certificate and a better understanding of medical education and some current medical topics.
