2013 Baystate Health Diversity and Inclusion Conference Recap

“Diversity Includes Everyone” was the unofficial theme of the day at the 2013 Baystate Health Diversity and Inclusion Conference. On September 10, 2013, over 350 people from 90 different organizations gathered at Springfield’s MassMutual Center. One-third of the attendees were Baystate Health employees.  Here’s what a few of the attendees said about the conference:

At Baystate Health, we understand that diversity and inclusion are a business imperative. In alignment with our business goals, development goals and in support of our community, we are pleased to invite you to attend the 2014 Baystate Health Diversity and Inclusion Conference, a conference offering the region’s diversity champions and leaders inspiration and best practices sharing to build and support a business imperative of diversity and inclusion. The event will provide a unique opportunity to collaborate, share best practices, and collectively define what diversity and inclusion means for our region.

The one-day conference will feature keynote speakers, skill development, best practice sessions, networking and will cover the following topics:
