Gifts of Gratitude
Grateful patients are the cornerstone of our philanthropic program at Baystate Health Foundation. Many futuristic initiatives, that advance the continuum of care at Baystate Health, are made possible through the generosity of patients who express their appreciation for a positive experience and outcome by making a gift in honor of their caregivers.
Baystate Health Foundation is proud to announce Gifts of Gratitude, a formal program designed to identify and refer grateful patients to the Foundation. These referrals will initiate connects with Foundation staff who will capture the patient experience and suggest ways they can impact healthcare with a meaningful donation.
Gifts of Gratitude creates the opportunity for patients and family members to thank caregivers for the compassionate, thoughtful and professional care they receive when in need of services throughout Baystate Health. The program invites patients to say thank you in a meaningful way and acknowledge and honor physicians, clinical care providers and staff who have done something special on their behalf.
The Foundation will recognize honorees through Gifts of Gratitude with a certificate and custom designed lapel pin. The honorees will also be recognized in Baystate Health’s Connections as well as Philanthropy at Work.
