As Vice President for Workforce Planning at Baystate Health in Springfield, Massachusetts, Jean Jackson oversees all aspects of workforce planning including recruitment operations. Jean leads workforce strategy development and implementation so that Baystate Health can attract and retain a sufficient, engaged and high performing workforce that is reflective of the communities served, today and into the future.

Ms. Jackson has over 20 years experience in health care human resources management. Jean joined Baystate Health in 2007. Prior to joining Baystate Health, Jean Jackson was the Vice President of Administration at South Shore Mental Health, Quincy MA. She's held human resources leadership positions at South Shore Hospital, So. Weymouth, MA and Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary, Boston, MA.

Ms. Jackson earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for FutureWorks Career Center in Springfield, MA and the Rockland Federal Credit Union in Rockland, MA. She is a member of the Massachusetts Healthcare Human Resources Association (MHHRA) and the Society for Human Resources Management.
