As Vice President of Information Technology at Health New England in Springfield, Massachusetts, Philip M. LaCombe leads the organization in development and execution of its information technology strategy.  This includes systems development, computer operations, and information security for all internal and external systems.  Additionally, Mr. LaCombe is responsible for claims operations.

He has over 20 years experience in information technology and more than 12 years experience in health care.  Mr. LaCombe has been associated with Health New England for 12 years, formerly a Senior Manager with Andersen Consulting.

Mr. LaCombe earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York.
