As President of the Baystate Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice, Ms. Odgren is responsible for the operational success of Baystate Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice (Baystate VNAH), Baystate Home Infusion & Respiratory Services (BHI&RS) and Baystate Health Ambulance (BHA).  She shares responsibility with Baystate Health's senior management staff for the development of long-range, strategic and financial plans; maintenance of a positive work environment; provision of quality services.  Ms Odgren is also responsible for oversight of Post Acute Care relationships and PAC strategies for Baystate Health.

She was the Vice President Home Care Service Operations,Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey , the Chief Operating Officer, Visiting Nurse Service System, Inc., and President & Chief Executive Officer, Visiting Nurse and Health Services, Elizabeth, NJ.

Mrs. Odgren received her Masters Degree in Community Health Nursing at Rutgers University.  She also has a B.S. in nursing.  Ms. Odgren belongs to the following professional affiliations. Sigma Theta Tau, International Honor Society of Nursing, and the American Nurses Association.
