As Vice President of Development, Ms. Toner oversees and executes a comprehensive development program for all entities with Baystate Health: raising funds for research, capita projects, education and program development.

She has 24 years of experience in development in academia and healthcare. Prior to joining Baystate Health, she was the Executive Director of the Foundation at Providence Medford Medical Center.

Ms. Toner earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications from Idaho State University. She currently serves on the board for the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  Previous organizational involvements include Chamber of Medford, Kids Health Connection, Rogue Valley Development Professionals, Southern Oregon Grant Makers Affinity Group, and Rotary International.
