Facing a major illness or stressful life change can be a daunting prospect. Support groups bring together people facing similar issues and can help them to cope better and feel less isolated by making connections with others facing similar challenges.
Alcoholics Anonymous – meeting held in the Main Conference Room 2nd Floor, Sunday Evenings 7:00 pm -8:15 pm.
Aphasia Conversation Group- for family members and patients that have difficulty communicating following a stroke, head injury, or other neurological problem. Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every month, 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm in the BMLH Rehabilitation Department. For more information or to register to attend contact Natalie P. Circle of Angels, A Quilting Support Group for People Who Have Been Touched by Cancer- meets the second and fourth Tuesday of every month from 11:00am to 1:00 pm in the Weatherby II Conference Room. Diabetes Support Group – The First Wednesday of every month from 5:00 to 6:00 pm in the BMLH Main Conference Room, 2nd Floor, facilitated by Alicia Walter MS, RD, LDN, Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Educator. Contact Michelle Holmgren 413-967-2296.

Look Good Feel Better Program: This two hour program is held every three months for women who are undergoing cancer treatment currently or within the last 12 months. The program focuses on skin and nail care tips, scarf and wig tips and makeup tips during the challenges associated with cancer treatments.
