About Our Practice:

Baystate High Street Health Center - Adult Medicine is a comprehensive primary care medical practice that offers Adult Ambulatory Services.  As needed, primary care staff refer patients who need a subspecialty consultation to a High Street Health Center Specialty Clinic.  Clinics include:

  -  Cardiology

  -  Dermatology

  -  Endocrine

  -  Gastrointestinal Enterology

  -  Gynecology

  -  Liver

  -  Neurology

  -  Physical Medicine

  -  Pulmonary

  -  Renal

  -  Rheumatology

  -  Urology

Special programs include Geriatric Outpatient Evaluation and an HIV Program for the treament and prevention of HIV/AIDS.

Effective November 21, the surgical outpatient services provided at 140 High Street by Drs. Sue Winston and Reggie Alouidor will be transitioned into Baystate Surgical Associates located in the Medical Office Building, Suite 505.

Insurance

We participate in most insurance programs offered in our area.

 

If you're concerned or have a question about whether your insurance is accepted, call Patient Billing at 413-794-9999.

 

If you have any questions about whether your specific health plan covers our services, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance member ID card.

 

If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit.
