Services Include:
The Baystate Mason Square Neighborhood Health Center, a service of Baystate Medical Center, offers a wide variety of primary care and specialty care services for people of all ages, from birth to adulthood. Programs include:
- HIV Program - HIV counseling, management, confidential testing, medical care and case management
- HIV/AIDS Counseling and Testing - for high risk populations (intravenous drug users and their partners, as well as partners of HIV positive individuals).
- Hepatitis Assessment - Screening and testing during regular hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Results and Vaccinations for uninsured/high risk individuals - Wednesdays 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- STD Clinic - diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (STD). No appointment needed. Tuesday 8:30am-4:30pm & Friday 1:00pm - 4:30pm

Baystate Mason Square Neighborhood Health Center (BMSNHC) is a full service health center affiliated with Baystate Medical Center, staffed by more than 40 doctors, nurse practitioners, nurse-midwives and many other health care professionals. If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit.
