About Our Practice:

The experienced physicians, certified nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners, and staff at Baystate Medical Practices - Pioneer Women's Health have a long tradition of care for women of all ages in Franklin County.

Pioneer Women's Health has the highest percentage of Certified Nurse Midwife-assisted births in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as reported by the Massachusetts Maternity Data as Reported by Hospitals report.

New patients are welcome. We invite you to call and schedule an introductory tour of our facilities and The Birthplace [(413) 773-2331] at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield. We can also set up a consultation with one of our obstetricians/gynecologists and nurse-midwives. We look forward to serving your health care needs.

Insurance

We participate in most insurance programs offered in our area.

 

If you're concerned or have a question about whether your insurance is accepted, call Patient Billing at 413-794-9999.

 

If you have any questions about whether your specific health plan covers our services, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance member ID card.

 

If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit.
