Services Include:

No appointments are necessary for non-emergency walk-in care, including the treatment of:
- Coughs, colds, sore throats, ear pain, and fever
- Flu symptoms
- Allergic reactions, such as poison ivy, hives and rashes
- Minor infections (skin, wound and bladder)
- Minor burns, including sunburns
- Minor injuries (bumps, sprains and strains)
- Minor cuts, abrasions and lacerations
- Eye infections, foreign bodies and abrasions

We will refer patients with serious injury or illness that we consider beyond the scope of our service to the Emergency Department at Baystate Mary Lane Hospital in Ware.

   
About Our Practice: Baystate Medical Practices - Rapid Care provides fast, convenient, walk-in medical care for children and adults in and around Belchertown. All patients with non-emergency issues are welcome without an appointment. If you need a referral, we can help get one for you. If we treat you, we will send a report to your primary care physician.

Insurance

We participate in most insurance programs offered in our area. If you have any questions about whether your specific health plan covers our services, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance member ID card.

 

If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit.
