About Our Practice:

Baystate Medical Practices - South Hadley Adult Medicine is a group of internal medicine physicians whose goal is to provide patients in South Hadley and surrounding communities with quality medical care.  Our physicians are on the medical staff of Baystate Medical Center, the region's primary source for emergency care, comprehensive medical and hospital services, and wellness and health education programs.  Should you require hospital care, your physician will arrange for your admission to Baystate through the Hospital medicine Program and closely monitor your progress.  Your physician may also refer you to the hospital as an outpatient if you require tests or procedures, such as x-rays.

Insurance

We participate in most insurance programs offered in our area.

 

If you're concerned or have a question about whether your insurance is accepted, call Patient Billing at 413-794-9999.

 

If you have any questions about whether your specific health plan covers our services, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance member ID card.

 

If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit.
