After hours, a physician is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We also have telephone messaging options for insurance referrals, prescription renewals and appointment cancellations 24/7.

Baystate Medical Practices - Wilbraham Adult Medicine is a group of internal medicine physicians whose goal is to provide Wilbraham and its surrounding communities with quality medical care.  We welcome you as a patient and appreciate the opportunity to serve your health care needs.

Our physicians are on the medical staff of Baystate Medical Center, the region's primary source for emergency care, comprehensive medical and hospital services, and wellness and health education programs. Should you require hospital care, your physicians will arrange for your admission to Baystate where our hospitalists will closely monitor your progress. Your physician may also refer you to the hospital as an outpatient, should you require tests or procedures, such as x-rays, which are not available in our office.
