About Our Practice:

Baystate Pulmonary Medicine offers expert services for referred patients who require state-of-the-art treatment, diagnostic testing, preventive and rehabilitation care for pulmonary (respiratory) disease and related disorders.  We can also provide assistance with smoking cessation and other preventive measures.  Our board certified specialists are part of Baystate Health's team of physicians, many of whom are nationally recognized for their expertise in patient care, clinical research and medical education.  They also serve on the faculty of  the Tufts University School of Medicine.

We participate in most insurance programs offered in our area.

If you have any questions about whether your specific health plan covers our services, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance member ID card.

 

If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit.
