PARKING

Visitor Parking is available in our garage which has entrances and exits on both Congress (two-way) and Liberty (southbound only).

The garage has 25 designated visitor spaces on the 2^nd level of the garage. You can enter the building from this level directly to the 1^st floor of the building where a Security guard can assist you. This entrance is convenient to the Recruitment office.

Non-280 Chestnut employees Baystate Health and all visitors must pull a ticket at the garage entrance gates.

– Ask the Security officer in the Main Lobby to validate your ticket as you leave the building.

– The officer will give you a randomly generated number that will open the exit gate. At the exit to the garage, key the number the guard gave you on the keypad to open the gate.

– If you expect to be in the building after the Security officer leaves at 6 p.m., you must validate your ticket upon entering the building when the Security officer is present.

There is pedestrian access from the Congress Street side of the garage next to the driveway entrance. This door will be open during business hours only.

Handicapped-accessible parking is available on all levels of the garage, with an elevator operating between all levels.

From the North:

I-91 South – Take Exit 8, I-291 East. Take Exit 2A, Chestnut Street.
Exit ramp will put you on Chestnut Street.
Take right onto Congress Street.
Turn left into the garage.
Follow the signs to the second level where you will find Visitor Parking.
Enter the building from the garage second level for assistance from a Security guard and the entrance to the Recruitment office.

From the South:

I-91 North – Take Exit 8, I-291 East. Take Exit 2B, Dwight Street.
At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Dwight Street.
Turn left at next light onto Congress Street.
Take right onto Congress Street.
Turn left into the garage.
Follow the signs to the second level where you will find Visitor Parking.
Enter the building from the garage second level for assistance from a Security guard and the entrance to the Recruitment office.

From the East:

I-90 West – Take Exit 6, Springfield/Hartford.
Turn left after toll booth onto I-291.
Follow signs for I-91 South.
Take Exit 2A, Chestnut Street.
Exit ramp will put you on Chestnut Street.
Take right onto Congress Street.
Turn left into the garage.
Follow the signs to the second level where you will find Visitor Parking.
Enter the building from the garage second level for assistance from a Security guard and the entrance to the Recruitment office.

From the West:

I-90 East – Take Exit 4, Springfield/Holyoke.
Turn onto I-91 South after toll booth.
Take Exit 8, I-291 East. Take Exit 2A, Chestnut Street.
Exit ramp will put you on Chestnut Street.
Take right onto Congress Street.
Turn left into the garage.
Follow the signs to the second level where you will find Visitor Parking.
Enter the building from the garage second level for assistance from a Security guard and the entrance to the Recruitment office.
