Patient Satisfaction

Baystate Orthopedic Survey Center listens to patients and asks what the center does well and where we can improve.  Via a telephone survey, patients rate their Overall Quality of Care at the surgery center from pre-procedure to post-procedure.

 

Our staff aims to satisfy patient and family expectations and ensure that they have positive experience during the short time they spend at the center.  With a core philosophy of relationship-based care, we consistently work toward achieving maximum patient satisfaction through caring, trust and medical professionalism.

 

Since 2002, Professional Research Consultants (PRC), a third party organization, has surveyed a random sample of our patients to measure their satisfaction.  PRC is the “gold standard” for measuring hospital and patient satisfaction in the United States.   

 

According to PRC’s database, our patient satisfaction scores attest that Baystate Orthopedic Surgery Center ranks in the top 10 percent of similar ambulatory surgery centers nationwide:
