The Springfield location is open nights, weekends, and holidays, Northampton see's patients weekdays from 10AM - 8PM, and the Belchertown location is open weekdays and Saturdays. If you contact your primary care physician for treatment or advice, and they can't see you, they can refer you to Baystate's walk-in clinic for non-emergency medical care.
