Ouellette will lead participants on a journey through today’s latest training strategies, fads and perils in an effort to enhance performance for the weekend warrior. He promises a light-hearted approach with plenty to consider.
Dufresne, from the Pioneer Valley Weight Loss Center, will review how foods and hydration affect athletic performance, recovery and overall health. He will present a simple and effective nutrition plan that will enable you to perform and feel better.
