Referrals may be initiated by psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, crisis teams, and hospital emergency room personnel.  For referrals, please contact Behavioral Health’s Central Intake Office at (413) 794-5555.  Most insurance plans cover the cost of the Partial Hospitalization Program.
