Most of us know someone who has suffered with cancer, and references to the disease seem unavoidable. When you or someone close to you is diagnosed with cancer, it's like hearing about the disease for the first time. Patients wonder:
- How their condition should be treated
- What the outcome of that treatment will be
- How their illness and therapy will affect their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
The Baystate Regional Cancer Program is the primary place in western Massachusetts to get answers and receive treatment.
