Our success rates are reported to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology. Several years ago, the CDC began collecting success rate data to provide consistency in ART data reporting.
Baystate Reproductive Medicine has some of the highest IVF pregnancy rates in the region, consistently from year to year. This can be compared and viewed at www.sart.org We take great pride in treating each couple, person, embryo and gamete (egg & sperm) in a nurturing way. This can manifest in high pregnancy rates and high patient satisfaction.
We have a major effort underway to promote singleton pregnancies and transfer only one embryo at a time in patients under 35 years old. We have been able to eliminate triplets and minimize twins while maintaining very high pregnancy rates (50% live birth rate/cycle start).
The SART data is the most recent and it still “lags” about 2 years after the reporting year. For example, 2008 data is available in 2010. SART separates cycles by age, causes of infertility, etc. and reports pregnancies and live births per cycle. Our SART data is linked below and demonstrates excellent IVF success:
