Baystate Medical Center's Continence Center is available to help you and your doctor with the diagnosis and treatment of your problem. Often, the diagnosis of a particular case is difficult, and urodynamic evaluation (bladder pressure measurements) may be helpful. The Continence Center conducts programs in bladder retraining, and is involved in national research programs designed to determine the best methods of therapy for various causes of incontinence. We have the latest diagnostic equipment, including computerized reporting and video displays. We offer many different services, including biofeedback, and each can be tailored to meet each patient's unique needs.
The Continence Center, part of Baystate Medical Center's Women's Health Program, is located at 3300 Main Street in Springfield. To schedule an appointment or for more information, please call (413) 794-7045. Women's health physicians at Franklin Medical Center and Mary Lane Hospital also treat incontinence.
