Who we are: The Consumer Health Library is a small health resource and reading room with a collection of:
- books
- pamphlets
- newsletters
- anatomical models
Who we serve: Members of the community served by Baystate Health (including patients and their families) can visit the library to:
- learn about the human body
- obtain consumer-oriented material on specific diseases and conditions
- obtain materials on staying healthy
Our Services: Beyond all the health information available on the Internet, the CHL will provide:
- consumers with reliable resources from trusted sources
- walk-in help
- over the phone assistance
- mailed information to area users free of charge
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
