The Baystate Health Pharmacy Department is a provider of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services.
- All bed patients at Baystate Health Hospitals will receive drugs prescribed by their physicians as part of their ongoing care.
- Baystate Pharmacy has several Baystate Medical Center locations where outpatients and discharged patients can purchase prescription drugs.

There is also a Lewis and Clark retail pharmacy in the Medical Office Building, first floor.
Baystate Franklin Medical Center and Baystate Mary Lane Hospital do not have retail pharmacies where outpatients and discharged patients can purchase prescription drugs, but there are retail drug store chain pharmacies very close to both hospitals.
- In Greenfield, there are two retail pharmacies very convenient to BFMC: Walgreens, 5 Pierce Street (Federal and Pierce Streets), and CVS (open 24 hours), 137 Federal Street.
- In Ware, there is a CVS at 104 West Street and a Walgreens at 171 West Street.
