How to Register Online for a Continuing Education Activity
If You Are a Returning User or Baystate Health Employee
Click on the “I am a returning user or a Baystate Health employee” link.
- If you are a Baystate employee or attending physician, log in with your en (employee) number or your pn number. Please include en or pn with your log in.
- If you are not an employee or Baystate attending physician, enter your CE ID number. (Your CE ID number is the first letter of your first name, month and day of birth - in this format: mmdd - and the last four digits of your social security.)
If You Are a New User
Click on the “I am new to this site” link.
- Find a Course.
- You can use the search feature to find a course by keyword.
- You can use the calendar option to select the month the educational event is being held.
- Register for a Course.
- Add your course to the shopping cart and complete the registration process.
- The registration system will send an e-mail to the e-mail address in your “profile” .
- View Your Current Schedule
- Once the registration process is complete, you can also login to the system and view your ”current schedule” by clicking on the current schedule tab.
