Baystate volunteers revitalize our spirit and strengthen our commitment to the people we serve. They enhance the quality of care for our patients by providing an extra special personal element. They are a dedicated group, an invaluable resource that extends and supplements services throughout the Medical Center. Volunteers ages 15 and over are assigned to areas where they can apply their skills and interests.
The choices are unlimited! Some of the areas include:
- Family waiting rooms
- Greeter/Escorts
- Mail/Flower Delivery
- Pediatrics
- Nursing Units
- Information Desks
